Shipping + Returns
Shipping Information:
We generally ship orders within 5 business days; however, it may take longer depending on volume. Order must be shipped to a single address. As a precaution, please make sure that all information under shipping is correct prior to finalizing your order.
Please keep in mind that we are a small, local business and we cannot be held responsible for anything that happens to the packages ( loss or damage) once they are shipped. The customer must provide correct shipping information prior to shipment. Once your package is accepted by the courier, we are no longer responsible for the package. Estimated delivery times are for items we have in stock, from the date of shipment, provided no problems occur with your local mail service. We reserve the right to change the shipping method at our own discretion and expense. While we ensure that all orders are processed within the specified time frame, any delays incurred during shipping are beyond our control. Orders generally arrive within 5-8 business days but may take up to 10. When you check out, you will get a shipping estimate.
Returns + Exchanges:
If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we’re here to help! We offer free returns within 14 days of purchase. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method. Exchanges can be made within 45 days from the date of purchase.
Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy:
- Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original product packaging.
- Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use.
